We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if the product is defective or  Physical Damage,
Defective,Wrong and Missing Item The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 6-7 business days in Gujarat others 10-12 Days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Delivery Procees
We ship products within India and internationally, depending on the delivery options available.Shipping costs including and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or courier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages
Aarya Solar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Missing or Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to report the issue. Aarya Solar will assist in the process, but responsibility for lost packages lies with the carrier.
